Our 8 Service Agreements

At Preferred Solutions Transport, we believe partnerships are built on clarity, care, and mutual respect. These 8 Agreements outline how we work—with transparency and commitment to excellent service.
 

1. Changes Cost Energy (and Sometimes Money)

Once we’ve confirmed a delivery route, scope, or service agreement, any changes may result in added costs or delays. We understand things happen, and we’ll always do our best to adjust. Just know that shifting goals or last-minute changes can slow things down—and may come with a fee.​

 

2. Our Promise to You

We show up professionally, on time, and with care. Whether it's medical deliveries, e-commerce packages, legal docs, or hot meals, our job is to treat every item like it matters—because it does. Our team is committed to earning your trust, every single time.

 

3. Delivery Success Is a Two-Way Street

Our systems and drivers are reliable—but they work best with great communication. Missed pickups, wrong addresses, or unclear expectations can affect outcomes. Help us help you by providing timely, accurate info. We’ve got the rest.

 

4. Your Data Is Yours, Our Process Is Ours

You own your data. We protect it. Our routing methods, pricing models, and internal systems are proprietary. Please don’t duplicate or share them outside our partnership without written consent.

 

5. We’re Here for Kindness and Clarity

Respect is the baseline. We don’t tolerate rude or aggressive behavior—whether from clients or within our team. If something’s not working, tell us. We’re open to feedback and committed to finding solutions.

 

6. No Refunds for Changing Your Mind

We plan staffing and routes based on your commitments. If you cancel or change your mind, that’s okay—but we don’t offer refunds for services scheduled or completed. The only exception is if we fail to meet our agreement (see #2).

 

7. You Can Transfer Your Delivery Agreement (With Notice)

Need to transfer your account to another team member or department? No problem. We’ll work with you on a smooth handoff. If the transfer involves onboarding a new entity or significantly changes the scope, a small admin fee may apply.

 

8. Timely Payments Keep the Wheels Turning

We offer fair pricing and pay our drivers on time. We ask you to do the same. Payment is due according to our agreement—usually upfront unless arranged otherwise. Late payments may lead to paused service or third-party collection (nobody wants that).
